Invigorative started in Australia in the 1990s and expanded into the United Kingdom in 2003. Its purpose is to provide a service that drives organisational innovation and success.  

Operations are co-ordinated internationally from offices in London, United Kingdom, and our branch office in Perth, Australia.

The company operates as a network, with a core of experienced consultants, trainers and healthcare providers.  Project teams are assembled to meet the specific requirements of each client. 

Specialist trained project managers drawn from the core team are able to access a further 12 consultants to supplement the consultative project teams when specific expertise is required.
