Invigorative conducted a needs analysis and ascertained that the entrenched cultural differences between the Voluntary and Statutory sectors were preventing the success of the bid for collaborative funding. Organisational troubleshooting identified a need to reposition the charity's value proposition and sales strategy. Invigorative chaired 3 strategy meetings with senior management to articulate purpose and value more tactically. The Tactical plan was initiated and cascaded through the organisation.
